2018 AGM -Venue change

UNSW FC 2018 AGM – Venue Change

Dear Members,

Please note that the 2018 AGM will now be held at the Glass House at The Juniors Kingsford. This room is upstairs next to the bistro. The date and time are the same: Wednesday the 12th of September at 6:20pm.

Please come and have a say on how you want to see your club run into the future.

A reminder that all committee roles will be declared vacant at the AGM. A list of available positions with short position descriptions can be found here: https://bit.ly/2PmGBY2

Full role descriptions will be sent to anyone who expresses interest. If you would like to nominate for a role please email secretary@unswfc.com.au. Thank you to those who have already sent through their nominations.

 2018 Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)    

The finals series is in sight and another year of UNSW Football Club history has passed, meaning it is time to renew our Club representation.

Please come and have your say on how you think the Football Club should be run. We want to make it as easy as possible to get involved in any capacity and have a smooth transition into our next year of football.

All committee roles will be declared vacant at this meeting in accordance with our Constitution, which can be found on our website. If you would like to nominate for a role please email secretary@unswfc.com.au with the role you wish to nominate.

The meeting will be held at the David Phillips Sporting Fields, Daceyville on Wednesday 12th September 2018 commencing at 6:20pm.

UNSW EAPL Program- a way to earn bonus points

High school students may also be eligible for EAPL bonus points (adjustment factors) that can help them get into their preferred UNSW courses. Applications for 2019 are now open and remain so until the 30th of November.

UNSW FC ESFA

2018 season update

All elite and ESFA team trials are closed, we thank everyone who attended. The UNSWFC season well and truly begun with some spectacular results so far, across all teams. Notably, our first grade men’s state league team has has a great start to the season so far, undefeated in their first 6 games of their season. Our first grade women’s national premier league 2 team have come away with a couple of impressive wins against Southern District and St George alike. In our ESFA teams, the new all age men’s div 2 team are off to an undefeated start after coming up from div 3. UNSWFC is proudly fielding 4 women’s teams in the ESFA competitions, one more than last year. A true testament to female growth in football.

Come play football with UNSW!

We’ve got a lot of teams looking for new players season 2018 to compete in the Eastern Suburbs Football Association.

UNSW FC compete across saturday and sundays in the eastern suburbs and last year we fielded 13 mens and 3 womens teams, and we’re one of UNSW’s biggest sporting clubs.

The team will be down at O-Week next week Monday to Thursday fielding questions about playing with the club. Pop down and say hey!

Trials commence on Wednesday, 6:30pm at the David Phillips Sports Fields, Daceyville (on the Synthetic).

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before to sign in.

This year, we are holding our AGM early to maximise the handover time with a new committee. We want to make it as easy as possible to get involved in any capacity and have a smooth transition.
